What is your return policy for hardware and e-liquids?
Unopened hardware and accessories can be returned within 30 days. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids, coils, or disposable vapes once the seal is broken unless the product is faulty.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, we source all products directly from authorized distributors or the manufacturers themselves. Each device comes with an authenticity scratch code that can be verified on the manufacturer's official website.
Do I need to show ID to receive my order?
